Fall 2021: A Champion's Voyage

The Olyannes boasted an extremely successful fall season! Not only did their hard work pull off Sprague's very first undefeated season in the Novelty division, but they also ended fall earning the team's very first championship with their "Castaways" routine at the 2021 DDCA Category Championships! The team also finished 3rd with their modern routine that had earned 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishes throughout the season. Congratulations! We are so proud!

State 2020 The Domino Effect
A most interesting season, and we mean interesting! The current pandemic led to the cancellation of our state championships a week before we were set to leave. It was a devastatingly disappointing way to finish our season, but we have plenty of wonderful experiences and incredible achievements to reflect on. We came away with two 2nd, one 4th, and one 5th place finishes. While we grieve the loss of many wonderful traditions that could not be this year, we look forward to the future where we can dance together once again!

Congratulations!

FALL SEASON 2019

Oh la la! We had an extremely successful season with our fall category routines! Placing at every competition, we ended the season with 2nd place in Novelty and 3rd place in Modern at the DDCA Category Championships - truly a remarkable finish! We are proud of the strong representation our dancers showed for our program!

We had a GREAT time at Thunderbird this year! Our Olyannes should be so proud of themselves for pushing through and taking chances! We had many dancers walk away with ribbons, trophies, medals, and other awards - CONGRATULATIONS! Special shoutout to captains Arella and Hannah on being selected for the Thunderbird All Star team! No doubt this experience has laid a solid foundation for one fabulous season!

STATE 2019
What a year! The Olyannes are celebrating a very successful traditional season; continuing their streak of placing at every local competition this year, they wrapped up the season with a 4th place finish at the 2019 OSAA Dance/Drill State Championships! This outcome marks some new team history as the team competed in the Show division for the first time ever, while also earning their first placement in 10 years. We couldn't have accomplished this without the tremendous dedication, heart, and commitment shown by every Olyanne and their amazing families. Our program is fortunate to have so many hard working and passionate people working together to make this experience possible!

Smoke & Mirrors STATE 2018
What a journey! The Olyannes had a pretty spectacular winter season!
The team achieved their goal of making the final round of the OSAA State Championships and finished the tournament 11th out of 24 teams in a competitive 6A division. In addition to the major success at state, the team also earned two 1st place and grand champion finishes and one 2nd place during the season! We are so proud of all the hard work and determination these girls put in!

Recap: Fall Season 2017!

The Olyannes also brought home two placements from the championships, another first for the team! Novelty took 2nd place and Hip Hop placed 3rd! This was an incredible ending to an already fabulous fall season. We are so proud of the work these dancers put in to get here!
